Moving around has
cast a pall over
everything of late.
I am taking St.
John’s Wort; it
doesn’t seem
to be helping.
Hospitals are
scary places,
like on Wayward
Pines, the first
episode of which
I watched late
last night (alone).
But, when I lie
perfectly still,
or stay in bed
reading, like
this morning,
like every
morning
this week,
things are
quite good.
