I’m not known for my criminal
work. I’m not known for much
of anything. One of those state
ments is true and one of those
statements is false. Which is
which?
Hint: Who knows anyone?
Hint: What do you know?
Who do you know? I know,
I know, I’m either tamper
ing with evidence or lead
ing the witness. But what
are we witnessing? And
can I get an amen?
The question is: What are
you witnessing? Is it an
optical illusion? Is this
sleight of hand? In gen
eral, leading questions
are not allowed during
the direct examination
of a witness. However,
they are allowed during
Cross-examination.
