Botched Surgical Email
I dug out an email
with the subject
“Dir. Gen. Surgery Division.”
The next thing you know,
it appears that I’m
quoting Emily Dickinson.
The bottom two-thirds
of the torn out full-sized
originally spiral-bound sheet
is some sort of attempt at
rejiggering somebody’s
family tree or,
and this regrettably
is much more likely,
a company’s organizational chart.
