1.5 mile run at 6.5 mph

uphill to the 35 minute mark

make Hamburger Helper
(1st time in 35 yrs?)

exercise: 40 minutes on treadmill

1.3 mile run, uphill, total 3 miles

then riding bike easily for 20 minutes
