I’ll be watching a lot of this with my
eyes closed. It does not mean I’m
not excited about what’s happening,
in a good way. Ecstatic about it, even.
We’ve obviously arrived at some new
place. It’s an elevation, relatively lofty,
but is not be taken for granted. I will
find ways to enjoy it, though. In a
celebratory way. And I certainly
encourage you to do the same.
That cannot be forced, of course,
and so as I go about relishing,
cherishing where it is we’ve gotten,
I’ll be a top-notch example of how
best to celebrate, to show just how
it can be done. In doing so, I fully
intend to remain humble, yours.
