short take
imagine my surprise
when a country beat
hits my ears as I’m
listening to my latest
release radar. i rarely
read social media
comments, but if i’m
not mistaken, i read
a couple this past
week, both of which
began something like
‘if i see the phrase
defying genre one
more time...’.
