Clonazepam 1mg (Generic for Klonopin; Mfr: Teva usa) take 1 tablet by mouth
daily as needed for severe anxiety; 20 pills must last 30 days
Talafadil Tablets, USP 5mg (do not split tablets; take the entire dose)
